Something that has come up as a hot topic of conversation is being socially responsible online. For the purpose of this article, we're going to look at Twitter. Twitter is a social networking site that allows users to track people and other entities that they are interested in. Friends use it to notify other friends of what they are doing, Celebrities can keep their fans posted while on Twitter, and businesses can advertise their products and services on Twitter. When something like this is introduced there are always many people who instantly start thinking of ways to monetize it. Twitter is no exception here. Twitter monetization has become a topic of conversation on the web, just like blog and web site monetization.
Monetization is great, as long as it is done in a socially responsible manner. For Twitter, this means that you shouldn't go around following every single Twitter user until your fingers cramp up from clicking! Followers should be obtained by posting interesting content on your Twitter page. If they really like your content, they will follow you, and they will get their friends to follow you too. If you spam, you're ruining the integrity of the site.

Hey guys
After using BeTweeted to monetize my twitter account for a few days, I have been paid twice. Once for about 5 dollars and once for about 7 dollars. All for retweeting the links they gave me. Hurry and set up your accounts because I think this is going to be a huge money maker.

How to Make Money Online Using Twitter and BeTweeted.com

Step 1
Create a Twitter account. Do this by going to http://www.Twitter.com and creating a user name and password. You can personalize your profile and everything, but this is not necessary.

Step 2

This is the BeTweeted.com homepage.
Once you have made your Twitter account you need to make a BeTweeted account. Log onto http://betweeted.com/ and create a user name and password.

Step 3
Once you have created an account you need to fill out your tax information. You can link it to your PayPal account or you can have them send you checks. Regardless, you're going to need your social security number and such. For your business name just put your own name unless you are using an actual business.

Step 4

Next you can browse and search different advertising links you want to post on your twitter account. When you find one with a high pay per click value, and one that possibly interests you, click on it. When you click on it, it will ask you for your Twitter.com user name and password. Insert the information and click Tweet It!

Step 5
Once you have tweeted a link all you have to do is sit back, relax and let people that visit your twitter page click on the links. Everytime they click you will be paid!! It's that easy.
